Privacy Policy
Jeongmin Jo, the individual operator of WAVYON, processes only the information needed to provide accounts, community features, travel planning, notifications, support, security, and advertising.

1. Purposes
- Google or Apple sign-in, account and session management
- Posts, comments, images, likes, favorites, live threads, direct messages, reports and blocks
- K-POP news, concerts, travel, places, weather, notices and support
- Language display and user-requested translation or summarization
- Push notifications, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics and advertising
2. Information processed

Consumer payment, booking, shuttle, QR boarding and refund functions are not currently offered, so card, payment or passenger data is not collected.
3. Collection and location
Information is collected from user input, Google or Apple sign-in responses, app and web use, notifications and support. NAVER Maps is used to display places and geocode addresses. WAVYON does not collect background device location. Public tourism and weather APIs do not receive account information.
4. Retention and deletion

These providers may process data in other countries under their infrastructure and policies. WAVYON does not sell personal information. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are not currently used.
6. AI, ads and tracking choices
Google Gemini may translate or summarize news, events, travel and community text. Account email and sign-in identifiers are not intentionally added to prompts. Google UMP is used for regional advertising consent, followed by Apple ATT where tracking permission is required. Refusing personalized ads does not block core features; limited or non-personalized ads may still appear. Eligible users can revisit choices in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
7. Your rights and account deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. Use MY → Settings → Delete account or follow the account deletion instructions. Only an unsettled booking or payment, if any, may temporarily delay deletion.
8. Safety, children and contact
WAVYON uses access controls, encryption in transit, secret separation, logging, backups and security updates. The service is not primarily directed to children under 14.

9. Changes
Material changes to law, features or processing are announced in the app or on the website before they take effect. If translations differ, the Korean version governs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
